Okay let me ’splain myself so you don’t think I’ve gone completely off my rocker! I have lenses that need lovin’, more attention then I can give and or a subject that sparked a fire in me, then it fizzled. Instead of deleting the lens, been there done that stupid move, I’m offering the lenses for you to take care of. Hey I’m not promising a miracle by gifting the lens to you, it might not even be SEO set or configured the way you want it. A gift is a gift, right?
So take a look at the lens that I post on the 2nd of each month (it’s 01-02-2010 today, so the 2nd is the birthday of this Squid Report Lens Give-Away idea =D)! All you need to do is leave a comment in the post with a few lines about how you’ll take care of the lonely – needin’ the love lens. The bestest will get the gift – I’ll not be nit picky just want someone serious about taking over and taking care of the lens.
Okay this gets a bit better as I write. I’ll post a link to all lens give-aways so ya never know, it may give you some traffic to boost that baby up on Squidoo.
Any other lensmasters that read this and have a lens they’d like to give-away make sure to contact me and we’ll work something out to get it listed.

~Delete the In Closing… text module at the end of the lens or make sure to replace with your links.

I have the same thoughts as the others who have posted – - great opportunity . . . I’ll be checking back for other give-aways . . . but know nothing about baseball! This is a really awesome idea, Correen!

Great idea Correen! and I remember this lens, saw it awhile back and was very impressed. Lifelong lover of baseball here, more so than ANY other sport! …and between my brother Jim and youngest son I’d challenge just about ANYONE to know more about the MLB. Those guys live and breathe baseball and can quote stats like it’s their very own private language. Between them and me we could keep that top 10 baseball players list rocking! What FUN! So yep, I’d take this one on in a jiffy. Count me in!

What a wonderful idea! So much better than simply deleting a lens and a lot friendlier than selling it.
I was wondering if you would mind sharing the code you are using for allposters. I have been having a lot of trouble getting that to work on my lenses, which is why it is missing from so many of them.

Hey thanks for stopping in. Word from AllPosters is the large link HTML is broken and they are working on it. Sad for us that like using the posters for our lenses.
